What is Mental Health?
Mental health can be an emotional, psychological, and social type of well-being. Over time college students struggle and become overwhelmed with the amount of work and studying they put in. With this, it can cause depression, health issues, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.
College can be demanding. The purpose of our research is to show ways to improve your mental health. Our mental health can sometimes be altered during times of stress. It is crucial to implement time for yourself and your mental health. Remember, you can’t help others if you don’t help yourself first!
